KILLER SHADE LEAD INSTALLER - APPLY NOW
Killer Shade, creators of bad ass steel and fabric shade masterpieces is looking for a Lead Installer. We might actually believe you are qualified for a Killer Shade Lead Installer if you can do the following:
- Manage and organize all install crews.
- Coordinate with production manager on cogs.
- Create ongoing training programs for installers.
- Act as key resource for all install teams to help with problem solving and troubleshooting. Think onsite and deal with problems, unexpected challenges and create solutions
- Complete projects as spec’d and on time
- Motivate installers, communicate well and think outside the box
- Make customers happy while protecting Killer Shade's interests (Could require some sweet talking when something goes wrong).
- Measure, dig holes, set posts, stretch fabric and attach to walls, drive a fork lift, sizzor lift and work from a ladder, pour concrete, drive, clean up, etc.

Experience, yes, you gotta have it! At least 2 years of it in the following areas:
- Running construction teams of some kind
- Construction, preferably awnings and/ or shade structures
- Taking responsibility for finishing projects
- Working with customers
