Killer Job Questionnaire
OK this is it… this is the big moment… Thanks for your interest in becoming a member of our Killer team. Seeing as we are entirely too selective for our own good, and we get a ton of inquiries from hopefuls such as yourselves, we have created some questions so we can get to know you better before we talk to you (translation- weed out the riff raff).
Also, just a quick primer on how we hire. We are a tiny company who can’t afford to hire people that don’t fit, so we create our entire process with the goal to disqualify people that won’t love it here or be successful, you could probably tell us all the things we want to hear and trick us into a job, but that blows up when you quit/get fired in a month, so how about you be brutally honest, we do the same and if it doesn’t work, we part friends. Now doesn’t that feel better…
