Killer Shade started in 1999 as “All Shade”. We have built awnings, shade sails and steel shade structures across the country and now concentrate on the Southwest. We specialize in custom designed structures unique to our customer’s own shade requirements. We can work with your architect or produce our own design. So how do we get started on the road to shade sail bliss? The process is much the same as any building project.

1. Contact us by email or phone.
2. Give us general dimensions of a proposed area to be shaded. Photos are always helpful.
3. If you already have a design in mind, provide us with the number and style of proposed shade structures.
4. We provide you with a budget number.
5. A contract is written, followed by drafting and engineering.
6. Apply for permits.
7. Construction begins. The timeline for completion varies greatly depending on the size and complexity of the project.
8. Shade sail bliss is achieved.
